Delegation is not permanent!


The death of any leader is to delegate a task to someone you know will fail, but before you take the fall, wake up and:
1. Admit that you have a failing situation.
2. Understand that delegation is not permanent.
3. Assess the cause.
4. Re-cover your delegated authority.
5. Re-define your expectations.
6. Re-assign the task to someone who is capable.
7. Don't forget to follow through on follow up!

Delegation is freedom when the right person is chosen to get the job done!
